COSMETIC AND PHARMACEUTICAL LABELS
1. What are Cosmetic & Pharmaceutical Labels?
Cosmetic - pharmaceutical chemical label is a sticker printed or engraved directly on the packaging of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. Labels clearly indicate the name, origin, ingredients, uses instructions for use, ... of the product to promote its goods and serve as a basis for the authorities to carry out the inspection.
Cosmetic and pharmaceutical labels include 2 types:
- Original label is the label showing the first time affixed on the product's packaging.
- Secondary label is a label showing the contents translated from the original label of the cosmetic from a foreign language into Vietnamese and supplementing the mandatory contents in Vietnamese that the original label of the cosmetic is missing.
2. Size
The size depends on the shape of the product which adjusts accordingly. Can be cut into sheets or rolled.
3. Materials
Labels of cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical chemicals are also diverse, but normally on the market today, the following types are commonly used: clear decal, PC plastic decal, silver decal, and normal decal.
4. Usages
